Our company name is Waxy Glass. We specialise in selling of glass and glass processing. The business started November 20 1998. We have a passion for beauty, especially interior beauty that your homes and surroundings and offices should be very attractive and fine.

Our products are mostly shower glass, glass partition, frame-less door glass and mirror design.
Market
The Company is located at Mushin, one of the popular markets in Lagos. The market has been originated as far back as 40 years. The market size is very large because Nigeria is a developing country. Constructions and Buildings of every type of properties, namely houses, offices, hotels, churches, etc., are always going on in a developing country like Nigeria, and specifically Lagos state. In almost every office, house, institutions, Nigerians are always using shower glasses, mirrors, glass cotton walls, glass partitions, glass tables, aluminium windows, and office partitions. And the market is always expanding.
Marketing and Publicity
We use handbills, Flyers, Whatsapp, Instagram, newspaper advertisements to do our marketing and publicity.
Competition
We have a lot of competitors and we have advantage over them by processing glass i.e., edging of glass, drilling of glass and glass design.
SWOT Analysis
Our Strengths include: we have strong human resource management, and good prices for our brands. Our Weaknesses include: we have a shortage of technical workers. Opportunity: There is a lot of opportunity is in the glass business because Nigeria is a developing country so there are lots buildings and constructions. Threats: the threat is that some customers prefer cheap and low quality glass decors
Reason For Applying_
Reason for applying for the finance is to improve the business by purchasing a furnace machine. The furnace is for tempering glass and according to standard organization of Nigeria all glass that is use in building house must be tempered is to make the glass a safety glass or security glass.
Staff and Management
Management runs the company with 10 labor and 5 management staff. Our company is headed by Wasiu Oladimeji, a great Glass and Interior Decors manufacturer. Wasiu is young and strong. He is a vigorous entrepreneur who is studying new areas in glass making technology and designs. Mrs. Magdalene Oladimeji is the Deputy Managing Director. She is a business woman, and Fashion Designer. She brings her fashion design sense into the Company by suggesting glass design types for the Company. The Company also has a Manager, Lukman Ahmed, an experienced Glass Processing Expert and a skilled Glass Installer. The Company has technicians and designers, as well as sales and marketing and logistics staff.
Notes
There are only a few of really good glass decorators and processors in Nigeria. We are among the few, despite the high demands for glass interior decors.
