Our company name is Formz Beauty Studio. We specialise in selling of male and female wares, shoes, bags, clothes and jewelries. The business started 2011. We love to give the best of beauty, and make-ups.

The Company is located at Ilupeju, Mushin Local Government, a very active areas surrounded by businesses, full of people, schools and fashionable ladies. The market size is big because a lot of women, men, and online customers come to patronise our business to buy wares, booking for make-ups.
Marketing and Publicity
We use handbills, Flyers every December, Whatsapp, and Instagram to do our marketing and publicity.
Competition
Our competitors are mainly at Yaba and Lagos Island. They sell wares and other things we also sell. We have advantage over them because our products are of higher brands.
SWOT Analysis
Our Strengths include: we have good customer relations, so our customers are enthusiastic, and very good prices for our brands. Our Weaknesses include: we do not have enough staff to attend to customers. Opportunities: There is plenty opportunity in the makeup business because Nigerians love parties a lot. So every weekend people come to us to make up. Threats: raining seasons hinder customers from coming to do make-ups because it will come up.
Reason For Applying_
We want to be able to travel to bring in our brands instead of relying on distributors. We want to enlarge our orders.
Staff and Management
Yetunde Okomayin is very loyal to customers. She is well educated and focused. Our workers are young and fashionable, so they are able to attract good customers. They know about make-up very well.
Notes
We are among the best. We are centrally located. Celebrities and actresses come to patronise us. We need more staff because we are expanding.
