Our company, EIB International Limited is into engineering design, fabrications, development and construction. We have been in business operations for a long time, about thirty years ago. We were introduced into this business when the M. D. was in Italy, where he learned some technicalities in fabrications and constructions. We are very technically sound.
Product and Services
We have a very wide range of products and services. These are: LPG Cages for Gas Cylinders, manufacturing of Lubricants Racks for Filling, manufacturing of Shop Shelves, manufacturing of Industrial gas burners, manufacturing of Lube Surface Tanks, and manufacturing of Lube underground Tanks. Like we said, we are very technical.
Market
Our business is at No. 1, Taiwo Road, Afric Estate, Iponri Lagos, while our Factory is located at No. 57, Owodunni Street, Ilupeju Palmgrove, Lagos. The market size is big. Our Fabricating industry has very large demands from oil & gas conglomerates and companies, companies, organizations, rich Nigerians, corporate bodies, who daily request for fabricated equipments and other things that we manufacture in the fabrication industry. Our market is growing and expanding.
Marketing and Publicity
We use handbills. We use business cards. We attend important occasions where we introduce our business. We use flyers. And we use Whatsapp. All to enhance our marketing and publicity.
Competition
We have some competitors. But they not as good as EIB International Limited because we trained in Italy. We are very neat, and we are very technically sound.
SWOT Analysis
EIB Strengths: strong management team made up of highly qualified professionals, and strong product development. EIB Weaknesses: We are a very technical company. But we do not have enough technical staff. EIB Opportunity: There is a lot of opportunity in the Very large and expanding market for our brands, and the benefits of high patronage from our large diverse clients across the country. Threats: Inferior products from untrained artisans at cheap prices.
Reason For Applying_
To support our operations and expansion programmes. Our Factory has now become small for the ever-expanding demands for our products. The area itself is choked. Consequently, plans are underway to acquire a large expanse of land at Ikorodu, on the outskirts of Lagos to serve as a much bigger capacity Factory in addition to our current Factory. We have seen a good location at the commercially viable area of Igbogbo, at Ikorodu to build our major large Factory for much bigger production. We estimate that about seventy two (72%) percent of our capacity production will be manufactured at this Site in order to meet the large demands of our oil & gas clients.

EIB International Limited is headed by Dr. Paul Obasogie, an intellectual and seasoned business man of international repute with business and professional connections across the world, especially in Europe where he spent many fruitful years in diverse activities in the Engineering, Manufacturing, and Fabrication Industries. EIB International Limited has a very dedicated team of Directors and Professional Advisers from Europe and Nigeria. The Directorate thus offers diverse and fruitful advice on strategic direction. Within, EIB International Limited is peopled by competent workforce and supervisors.
