The name of the company is Oyemate Plus Nigeria Enterprises. We are specialists in furniture, building, interior decorations. We have been doing business since 2000. We believe that Nigeria is very large and needed furniture and beautified homes.

Our products are beds, chairs, frames, doors, wardrobes, cabinets, office tables, building, window blinding, upholsteries, and leather.
Market
The Company is located at Mushin, Victoria Island, Magodo, and Ajah, all in Lagos state. We are very big because of these locations. The market size is big because most Nigerians needed quality furniture in their various homes, offices, church, companies, and schools. Also we have demands outside Nigeria like United Kingdom and Canada. The market is always expanding.
Marketing and Publicity
We have marketers that network our products, marketers also wear our branded T-shirt to advertise our products, social media (Instagram and Facebook), handbills, business cards, Flyers, and phone calls.
Competition
Our major competitors are The Chair and Bedmate. We have advantage over them because our finishing products are perfect, we are responsible, we have able staff, we always meet targets.

The Company Strengths: we keep to promises. We have quality materials. Company Weaknesses: we need to have essential but expensive machines that will improve our work. Opportunity: furniture work is the most needed in every home, church, office, petrol station, house of assembly, house of reps, bars, and hotels. Threats: very poor electricity supply.

Staff and Management
The company has 11 workforce. The C.E.O, Mutiu Oyetoro, is a very innovative furniture and interior décor expert. He is also shrewd business man, and accountability, strict with management of money and resources. His wife, Mary, is an important management staff who is one of the major sales earners. She designs our products. Finally, Waliu Mustapha, manager is a competent and experienced leader because he is a very focused in the job. Our staff work like a family, unite together, and very hardworking.
