The company name is Bengo Commercial Printers. The Company printing, publishing, general merchandise/trading, and general contracts. The business started eleven years ago. The MD, Olasunkanmi Adegoke, was inspired to invest in printing venture because his father was a great printer.
Product and Services
Our products are paper bags, exercise books, company profiles, invoices, letter heads, invitation cards, selling reams of papers, stationeries, calendars, magazines, T-shirts, monograms, caps, and brochures.
Market
Our Company is located at Mushin, the major and popular Printing Market in Lagos, among the largest in Nigeria. The Printing market has been in existence for the past 50 years. The printing market size is very big in Nigeria because Nigerians, individuals, companies, schools, politicians, governments (local, states and federal), churches, and events managers are forever printing. So, the printing market is forever expanding.
Marketing and Publicity
We use Flyers, business cards, Whatsapp, Instagram, and newspapers to do our marketing and publicity.
Competition
We have a lot of competitors in both our Mushin market and elsewhere. Bengo Commercial Printers has advantage over because our work is neat, we do not disappoint customers, we are trustworthy.
SWOT Analysis
Bengo`s Strengths: we use heavy and strong machines that produce excellent results. We work very fast and without errors. Weaknesses: need for all staff to have sound technical skills. Opportunity: There is a lot of opportunity is in the Printing business because Nigerians in all works of life and businesses and government are forever printing. Threats: electricity supply is very low.
Reason For Applying_
We want to buy highly essential working and processing machines. These include sord machine, four-colour machines, rolland machines, and the heavy generators to support them. We also want to stock up on inventories significantly.
Staff and Management
Our company has 12 staff. The M.D., Olasunkanmi Adegoke is a highly competent printer. He has worked with reputable printing organisations before setting up his own printing venture. He is jovial, enterprising, and trust-worthy. Rasak Akande is the company manager. He always brings in new customers to do jobs with the company. The Company`s workers are professional printers. They are neat and cooperate with each other and management to move the Company up.
